CMYA mission is to provide a competitive sports platform showcasing our youth athletic capabilities, teamwork & also unification amongst coaches.

Core Traits
Partnership - CMYA believes partnership is teamwork and teamwork is unity. Every entity of CMYA has the responsibility to work with their peers to provide a better youth sports experience.
Development - We believe development is the key to establishing a successful youth sports program. Committed coaches that share drills and coaching tips will enhance participant performance and comradery. Good reps count.
Competition - CMYA's competitiveness is a byproduct of its practice regiments. Game day competition pushes teams to be better, NOT BITTER. It is important that all participants are active in practice and earning game time reps.
Accountability - We believe that the willingness to accept a role as a coach, mentor and role model comes with great responsibility. Great leadership aligns with accountability.
